Original papers are solicited from all those areas where the interplay between local structural knowledge and global communication and computation complexity takes place, in particular distributed computing, parallel computing, network computing (from ad hoc and sensor networks to high-speed networks), mobile computing (autonomous robots, etc.), and related areas.

Topics of interest include (but are not limited to): distributed algorithms, compact data structures, information dissemination, informative labeling schemes, combinatorial optimization, etc., with potential applications to large scale distributed systems including global computing platforms, peer-to-peer systems and applications, social networks, network protocols (e.g., routing, broadcasting, localization).
