SIROCCO provides two types of registrations: full and student. Both types of registration include:

• Accommodation for 3 nights (June 17-20) including breakfast
• Attendance to the sessions
• One copy of the LNCS proceedings
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches (June 18, 19, 20)
• Welcome reception (June 17)
• Conference dinner (June 18)
• Social event and dinner (June 19)

Student registrations provide the same benefits as full registrations at a discounted prices, but the registrant must be a student (i.e., M.Sc. or Ph.D. student) and proof of enrollment at an accredited institution will be required.

Both types of registrations can be supplemented by registering an accompanying person only entitled to lunches, dinners, coffee breaks, and social event.

Full registrations can choose between single room (private) or double room (shared by two participants). Student registrations will be accommodated in double rooms. Accompanying persons will be lodged in a double room with the corresponding registrant.

Note that at least one full registration (single or double room) is required for each accepted paper. Early registration ends on May 18. Accommodation will be guaranteed only until June 1.

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). As of this writing, 1 CHF is worth approximately 0.62 € or 1 $ (check here for up-to-date rates). We acccept Visa and Mastercard for payments.
