Registration fees

Registration and Refund Policy

• One registration for each participant.
• Each paper must be registred and fully paid for.
• For their papers to be included in the conference proceedings, authors of accepted papers must register by April 5, 2011 (otherwise, the paper will not be published).
• All Payments must be in Swiss Francs.
• A student rate attendee must provide a copy of his/her student ID or a letter from the related Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student.
• CSCWD Registration Fee will cover the following:
  • a CD-ROM containing all CSCWD 2011 conference papers;
  • the welcome reception, morning and afternoon refreshments, 3 lunches,  the conference banquet
  • access to all planned CSCWD conference sessions;
• CSCWD + ISMICK Registration Fee will cover the following:
  • a CD-ROM containing all CSCWD 2011/ISMICK 2011 conference papers;
  • the welcome reception, morning and afternoon refreshments, 3 lunches,  the conference banquet
  • access to all planned CSCWD/ISMICK conference sessions;
• ISMICK Registration Fee will cover the following:
  • a CD-ROM containing all ISMICK 2011 conference papers;
  • the welcome reception, morning and afternoon refreshments, 2 lunches
  • access to all planned ISMICK conference sessions;
• Refund Policy: There will be no refunds to authors and to ISMICK only registrants. Paid registrants (non-authors for the CSCWD or CSCWD+ISMICK options) who cannot attend are entitled to a refund of CHF 300 if a request is received in writing on or before May 10, 2011
  •  There will be no refunds after that date

Registration Procedure

1. Fill up the registration form (one for each participant) and choose your options
2. After having accepted the data, you will be asked to connect to the secured epfl payonline application (Swiss Postfinance) to activate the payment
