Hotels with special CSCWD 2011 rates
The hotels listed in the document available here offer special rates for CSCWD 2011 participants. As June is the beginning of the peak season, it is recommended to book as early as possible.
To book or get more information, please contact the hotel directly by e-mail or phone. You must identify yourself as a participant to CSCWD 2011 organized by EPFL when making the reservation or use the provided hotel reservation forms (see the map for the hotels' locations). Some hotels have indicated validity deadlines for the special rate. All prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), currently 1 CHF = 0.8 Euro or 1 US $.
Hotel reservation forms
Upon arrival to your hotel, please ask for the Lausanne Transport Card (included in the hotel rates) at the reception desk. You will have unlimited free access to the public transportation system (greater Lausanne area) during your stay. This card is personal and non-transferable.
Pleade book your rooms as soon as possible. June being the high season in Lausanne, most pre-bookings will be canceled around mid-April !
