Workshop Schedule

Prerequisite: It is assumed that most participants have a good basic geostatistics knowledge and have some programming  experience.

DAY 1 (July, 27th)

Morning. Introduction to SGeMS reviews of algorithms and functionalities.

Afternoon. Scripting with Python: Using the python language to automate tasks and workflow

DAY 2 (July, 28th)

Morning. C++ requirements: syntax, iterators, objects and the Development environment

Afternoon. Description of SGeMS classes and coding of simple examples (moving average, sampling )

DAY 3 (July, 29th)

Development of more advanced algorithms:

     - advanced options for snesim (multiple-point algorithm)

     - Factorial kriging
