3D geometrical modeling for geological interpretation and mapping

Location: The workshop will be conducted in the Jura, in the Vallée des Ponts.

Accomodation: The participants and the seminars will be hosted on site, close to the Vallée des Ponts. The place selected for accomodation will be announced here as soon as possible.

Hotel: For people needing an accomodation in Neuchâtel the night before the start of the workshop, informations are available through the touristic information desk of Neuchâtel.

Cost: The course being financially supported by the CUSO, the registration cost depends wether the participants belong or not to a university that is a member of the CUSO.

CUSO Members: They do not pay for the course. Their travel expenses from their home universities to Neuchâtel can be reimbursed on request. They have to participate for the living expenses (hotel + food): 100 CHF.

Non CUSO students: Students from Universities that are not part of the CUSO have to pay 400 CHF for the course (documents, travel expenses to the field, etc.), plus living expenses (hotel + food). They have the choice between for lodging in a double room (shared with another participant) at 840 CHF/ person for the whole week or in a dormitory at 540 CHF/ person for the whole week. Total for the registration is therefore 940 CHF (dormitory) or 1240 CHF (double room).

Other participants: Non-students from Universities that are not part of the CUSO or professionals are welcome. They will need to pay for their living expenses (hotel + food) plus 1000 CHF for the course (documents, travel expenses to the field, etc.). The total price will therefore be 1540 CHF (dormitory) or 1840 CHF (double room). Professionals willing to stay only for a part of the course are requested to contact us in advance.

Waiting list: The number of participants is limited to 15. Registrations are definitive only when the paiement is received. Non-selected candidates due to capacity constraints will be placed on a waiting list.
