Research Interests

Isolation and characterisation of the stilbene synthase gene family in Vitis during infection by Plasmopara viticola.

  • Construction of a cDNA library from Solaris infected with Plasmopara viticola (1, 2 and 4 days post infection).
  • Isolation, mapping and comparison of genes coding for stilbene synthase in Solaris and Chasselas.
  • Gene expression study.
